Please expect your order to arrive within 2-3 working days from the day you place your order.
Most items are sent via Royal Mail. Larger items, multiple orders and international purchases are sent via courier.
On Delivery
Please inspect your goods on arrival.
If they appear to have suffered in transit, refuse to accept the delivery.
If you are unable to check the goods on arrival, check them as soon as possible afterwards.
If your goods are damaged, please notify us no later than 24 hours after their arrival.
Claims for damage after this period cannot be accepted unless the parcel has been marked as damaged by the courier.
Not Delivered
If your order has not arrived within 2-3 days, please notify us immediately.
Please check to see if the courier has left your goods in a safe place or with a neighbour.
